SGUL I&I Biobank

The St George’s University of London Infection and Immunity Research Group (SGUL I&I) Biobank will act as a physical repository for collections of biological samples and data for research purposes from consented participants (donor samples) from studies undertaken by St George’s, University of London primarily in the UK, the Gambia and Uganda as well as other locations worldwide as yet undetermined.

Laboratory Services

Compliant to Good Clinical Laboratory Practice, our laboratory has developed a validated multiplex immunoassay for Group B Streptococcus, and we are working towards other assays in pertussis, SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19, diphteria and tetanus disease.
