Summary
This study is intended to follow on from the existing UK Health Security Agency (formerly Public Health England/PHE) periCOVID national surveillance programme, to provide further clarity on the immune response after SARS-CoV-2 infection (COVID-19) in pregnant women, and the immunological and clinical outcomes for infants.
The primary objective is to describe antibody levels in women who were and were not polymerase chain reaction (PCR) positive for SARS-CoV-2 during pregnancy, and who were and were not vaccinated during pregnancy.
